Iced Protein Matcha Latte


We love Matcha for its rich content of L-Theanine.

L-Theanine is known for its role in regulating dopamine and serotonin levels, easing feelings of anxiety and depression.

Unlike coffee, Matcha contains both caffeine and L-theanine, a combination that provides non-stimulating energy and improved concentration and alertness.

It’s the perfect snack to support your energy, MOOD and protein intake, enjoy!

Our Iced Protein Matcha Latte

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Plain Coconut Milk (we recommend "little island" brand) or Water

  • 1 serve Mitchells Bone Broth Vanilla Protein Powder

  • 1 tsp Pure Maple Syrup (optional - we don’t find you need it with the Mitchell’s protein)

  • 1 cup Ice Cubes

  • 1 tsp Matcha Powder

  • Cinnamon to serve

Directions

Place all ingredients together in a blender. Blend until smooth. Fill a cup with ice and pour over. Sprinkle with a generous pinch of cinnamon. Enjoy!
