Nutrition Experts with an integrative approach to health & wellness.
Nutritional Medicine is an approach to treating health conditions and preventing disease by finding the root cause of your health issues, and using food as a natural medicine to help restore balance.
The Nutrition Clinic was created out of a deep need for a different kind of healthcare experience. One that’s not rushed, reactive, or one-size-fits-all - but preventative, personalised, and deeply collaborative.
Incorporating Gina Hill & Emma Winnie
Directors of The Nutrition Clinic | Registered Clinical Nutritionists
Together we have over 15 years clinical experience and have helped thousands of people overcome their health issues and improve their wellbeing.
Our approach is grounded in evidence-based nutrition and functional testing, with a deep understanding of how the body functions as a whole. We don’t mask symptoms - we investigate them. Whether you’re navigating fatigue, IBS, insulin resistance, burnout, or hormone imbalance, we create targeted treatment plans that bring real, sustainable results.
Our clinic is more than just a place to get answers - it's a space for education, empowerment, and partnership. Where you’ll feel seen, supported, and confident in how to care for your health.
Because you deserve to feel your best - and be supported by a team that genuinely cares.
Our Team
All of our practitioners are extensively trained in all areas of health and nutrition, but have special interest areas where they bring additional expertise and passion.
