Espresso Breakfast Smoothie
Our espresso shake combines your morning coffee ritual with the perfect combination of healthy fats + protein + fibre. Designed to be nutritionally dense with ingredients to keep you satisfied and energised.
Ingredients
1/2 cup coconut/almond milk
1/2 cup water
1 frozen banana
1 espresso shot (or 1 tsp instant coffee)
1 tbsp almond butter
1 tsp cacao powder (optional for a mocha flavour)
1 tbsp cacao nibs
1 tbsp flaxseeds
1 serve protein powder
Directions
Place all ingredients into a blender and combine
Enjoy over ice
