Happy Gut Shots
Our tangy morning shots combine apple cider vinegar, ginger, turmeric & citrus to stimulate digestion.
Ingredients
2 cups water
1/2 cup organic apple cider vinegar
juice of 2 lemons
juice of 2 oranges
2 tsp fresh grated turmeric
2 tsp fresh grated ginger
2 tsp local honey
2 Tbsp chia seeds
pinch black pepper
Directions
Place all ingredients into a blender and combine
Pour into a sealable bottle or jug, and store in the fridge
Each morning, pour a single shot & enjoy on an empty stomach before breakfast
