Happy Gut Shots

Our tangy morning shots combine apple cider vinegar, ginger, turmeric & citrus to stimulate digestion.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups water

  • 1/2 cup organic apple cider vinegar

  • juice of 2 lemons

  • juice of 2 oranges

  • 2 tsp fresh grated turmeric

  • 2 tsp fresh grated ginger

  • 2 tsp local honey

  • 2 Tbsp chia seeds

  • pinch black pepper


Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender and combine

  2. Pour into a sealable bottle or jug, and store in the fridge

  3. Each morning, pour a single shot & enjoy on an empty stomach before breakfast
